My Exercise Routine
After living unhealthily too long, I started going to the gym, but I did not exercise properly. Or eat properly for that matter. It took me a few months to find out what things to eat and what not to eat like pizza and McDonald's. The exercise I did to tart off is doing sprint intervals on the treadmill. This exercise turned out to be very effective in raising my metabolism and helping me lose weight fast. What I did was jog at a steady pace for a minute and then sprint as much as I could for 1 full minute. This is a workout that will tire you out quickly but will work better than just walking on the treadmill for 2 hours. It is good enough to do this for 10-20 minutes depending on your abilities. After the cardio session, I did a session of working out with weights. I worked on a different body part every time I went to the gym so my muscles could rest. Doing all of this is extremely effective, but it will do you no good if you don't have the right diet plan. I will describe that later.
