I am starting this blog because after years of horrible eating and a non-existent exercise life, I toldmyself enough is enough and began a regime of a healthy diet and workouts 5 times a week. After perfecting my diet and exercise routine, I went on to lose 50 pounds. My stats are now 6'1, 7% body fat and 140 pounds. I created this blog because I want to share my story and give tips to others on how to live a healthy lifestyle.
